Applicants must ensure that information provided on the Application form is accurate and that relevant support documents are provided. Incomplete forms cannot be processed and will result in delays.

The Applicant will receive an email quote and once agreed to, an invoice will be processed and once payment is made and proof of payment emailed, a permit will be processed.

The Applicant will then receive a permit, which must always be kept with them. A copy of the permit is sent to UCT Campus Protection Services (CPS) and UCT Traffic Office.

Applications require a minimum of 5 working days for processing. Applications must be received Monday–Friday 07h00–15h00. Permits must be issued 48 hours prior to the shoot so that there is sufficient time to inform all stakeholders at UCT.
