Stay&Connect provides suitable short-term to medium-term family accommodation for
- Visiting academics and researchers to UCT; and
- New senior, permanent non-academic staff members of UCT
who have accepted appointments at the University of Cape Town (UCT) and for this purpose will be relocating from outside of Cape Town and the borders of South Africa.
Transit accommodation is available for academic and non-academic staff (permanent or contract) new to Cape Town who have accepted an appointment at UCT before having found permanent accommodation.
The duration for rentals can vary up to six months. In exceptional circumstances, accommodation may be provided for a period of up to twelve months or longer.
